This site is a personal portfolio. I don't use advertising trackers on these pages, but I do use basic analytics and contact-form infrastructure described below.
The controller of the data processed through this site is Daniel Milewski, sole proprietorship registered in Poland. If you contact me through the site, I use the submitted data only to review your inquiry and reply.
When you send a message through the contact form, the submitted details (name, email address, optional company, subject and message) are processed to deliver your inquiry to my inbox. Delivery is handled through Resend. The form may also send a short confirmation email back to you after successful submission. Anti-spam protection may be provided through a captcha provider such as hCaptcha or Cloudflare Turnstile.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-first traffic and performance measurement. It may also use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page usage and high-level engagement on the site, but only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies in the banner. In addition, it logs minimal technical event data for contact-form outcomes and key CTA interactions so I can verify that the site is working. The goal is to understand site usage and monitor reliability, not to build advertising profiles.
The site uses a functional NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language choice. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured in a privacy-first way and is not used here for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you accept Google Analytics 4 in the banner, Google may also set analytics cookies such as the _ga cookie to distinguish visits over time.
Messages sent through the contact form may remain in my email inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the conversation, keep business correspondence, or follow up on future collaboration. Analytics data retention is governed by the relevant provider's settings and policies.
